This is a 2 layer, 5 tier knee length petticoat.  The top layer has 5 tiers of nylon net with satin binding on each tier.  The bottom layer is made of nylon organza for a softer feel against the skin.
This petticoat is great for use with all sorts of costumes.  It is particularly popular for use in clown costumes, for theater and dance performances, for knee length poodle skirts and in Halloween costumes.
